1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Madison Muffler & Auto Repair ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.madisonmuffler.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"), and the automotive repair services provided at our physical location.

2. Automotive Repair Services

  • Estimates: All provided estimates are approximations based on the initial inspection and diagnostic data. Actual repair costs may differ if additional, hidden damage or compounding issues are discovered during the teardown or repair process. We will seek your authorization before proceeding with any repairs that significantly exceed the initial estimate.
  • Diagnostic Scanning: Modern vehicles rely heavily on complex computer systems. By authorizing diagnostics, you permit us to connect diagnostic equipment to your vehicle's OBD-II port or proprietary systems to read trouble codes and access data necessary to perform the repair.
  • Parts & Labor: We reserve the right to select the appropriate parts (OEM or high-quality aftermarket) necessary to complete the repair to modern industry standards. All labor is performed by qualified technicians.
  • Storage Fees: Upon notification of completion, vehicles must be picked up within three (3) business days. Vehicles left beyond this period may be subject to daily storage fees.

3. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranties on parts and labor will be provided on your final invoice. These warranties generally do not cover damage caused by subsequent accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications made after the repairs were completed by our shop.

4. User Representations

By using the Site and our services, you represent and warrant that:

  1. All registration or contact information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  2. You are the legal owner or authorized agent of the vehicle presented for repair.
  3. You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
  4. You will pay for all authorized services rendered.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR TIMELINES QUOTED ON THE SITE OR IN ESTIMATES ARE GUARANTEED, AS REPAIRS ARE SUBJECT TO PARTS AVAILABILITY AND UNFORESEEN DIAGNOSTIC COMPLICATIONS.
